Refund policy


At Deadfall Syndicate, all sales are final.

Because we’re a small business with limited inventory and ship both domestically and internationally, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Send an email to info@deadfallsyndicate.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we’ll either:

Send a replacement (if stock is available), or

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

No Exceptions

We do not accept returns due to wrong sizing, changed mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
